Photograph Submission Procedures and Privacy Policy

Would you like to be on our website? We encourage players, parents, coaches and volunteers to submit photos of all the soccer action that goes on during the season. Each year, we create a gallery of all the soccer snapshots sent to submitted to us from various sources and place them on our website. If you'd like to share your photos with us, we will try to get them into the photo gallery. In some instances we receive photos submitted from news sources or other photographers. For photos that are newsworthy or are of a special achievement, we would like your permission to attach a name to the picture. We will not include your or your child's name unless you give us specific written permission to do so. We do not post any private information about children on our website in any manner (except name with your permission).

Photos you submit to us

By submitting your photos to us, you agree to these terms. By sending us your photos by email, postal mail or hand delivery, you are giving us your implied consent that we may use, post or publish your photos. You may revoke your consent at any time and we will remove the photos, except to the extent that we have already relied on your consent to post the photos online. If you wish to send us photos, please submit them to the Wise County Youth Soccer Association at wisesoccer@gmail.com. Photos must be submitted in jpg or jpeg format only. If you do not consent to these terms, do not send us your photos. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.
